Komal graduated from Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts in 2022.
Komal joined Dixon & Co Lawyers in May 2024, having previously worked in Waitangi Tribunal and Marine and Coastal Act litigation. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Wellington High Court in December 2022.
Born and raised in South Auckland, Komal is proud of her Girmit ancestory and is passionate about serving her communities. Aside from her mahi, Komal enjoys spending her free time with her whānau and friends. She loves reading and exploring Aotearoa.
Komal is continuing her development in te reo me ngā tikanga Māori and is eager to refine her litigation and advocacy skills.
